Eastlake since 1987.
Your Eastlake insider.
I bought my first Eastlake home in the final phase of my neighborhood in 1987, and I've watched this community grow ever since. Whether you're selling, buying or just curious, I know Eastlake street by street.
I didn't just study Eastlake. I've lived it.
When my family moved to Eastlake Hills in 1987, EastLake Elementary hadn't opened yet, our kids played Little League on empty lots, and people camped out overnight for the chance to buy in the next phase.
Nearly 40 years later, I'm still here, and I help my neighbors and newcomers make smart moves in the community I love. I know which neighborhoods still carry Mello-Roos, how the three HOAs differ, and what really drives value from one street to the next.

The stories behind the community
Thousands of neighbors have watched my Eastlake history series. Did your family camp out too?
Seven neighborhoods, one Eastlake
Each Eastlake neighborhood has its own HOA, amenities and tax picture. Here's where to start.
Curious what your home is worth today?
We paid $132,000 for our first Eastlake home in 1987 at a 10.25% interest rate. A lot has changed since then.
Online estimates can't tell the difference between a lake view and a busy street, or between a neighborhood that still pays Mello-Roos and one that doesn't. I can. Request a free, no-pressure home value report prepared by someone who actually knows your street.
