Eastlake Neighborhoods

A local's guide to Eastlake's seven neighborhoods

Each neighborhood has its own character, HOA and tax picture. Pick one to start, or ask me which fits you best.

Eastlake I HOA

Eastlake Hills

One of Eastlake's original neighborhoods and my home since 1987. It shares the Eastlake I association and amenities with the Shores. Many original Hills homes are now past the end of their Mello-Roos district.
